The MCHA Adult D2-League is a competitive league with a strictly controlled skill level to ensure D-Level players have an opportunity to grow and flourish. Each player may be evaluated and may be moved up to the D1-League or C-League if necessary. The D2-League currently features two divisions – a South Division at Grapevine Mills Mall, and a North Division playing at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, McKinney Starcenter and the Allen Community Rink. Each team will travel to the other Division's rinks a few times during the season. [Complete Player Experience Guidelines]
The MCHA Adult D1-League is a new competitive league with the same strictly controlled skill level as the D2-League. The D1-League is a more competitive league for experienced D-League teams. Each player may be evaluated and may be moved up to the C-League if necessary. The D1-League currently features two divisions – a South Division at Grapevine Mills Mall, and a North Division playing at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, McKinney Starcenter and the Allen Community Rink. Each team will travel to the other Division's rinks a few times during the season. [Complete Player Experience Guidelines]
The MCHA Adult C-League is a competitive league with a strictly controlled skill level to ensure C-Level players have an opportunity to grow and flourish. Each player may be evaluated and may be moved up to the B-League if necessary. Players that have played Varsity-High-School Hockey or College-Hockey within the past 3 years are not eligible (see B-League). The C-League currently features two divisions – a South Division at Grapevine Mills Mall, and a North Division playing at McKinney Starcenter, ITC in Richardson, and the Allen Community Rink. Each team will travel to the other Division's rinks a few times during the season. [Complete Player Experience Guidelines]
The MCHA Adult B-League (formerly Elite League) is a competitive league with more lenient skill restrictions. It is open to all adults, even those that have recently played Varsity-High-School or College-Hockey. However, there is still an upper limit in skill level and a restriction on the number of top-level players per team, so each player may be evaluated and may be moved to another team to keep the league competitive. This league features a single division with most games played at McKinney Starcenter or Grapevine Mills Mall. [Complete Player Experience Guidelines]
